Conversion of a new spec built warehouse into a meat processing facility for a marketing leading global food supplier

NIRAS are responsible for designing the conversion of a c.9000m building into a high care food facility with the implementation carried out in-house with IFP Construction.

Challenge​

Working with a pre-constructed building not designed for food manufacture and converting it via an internal fit-out, to ensure that it can meet BRC Standards within a challenging time frame.
