Creating a platform for Wealmoor to supply the added value category

Wealmoor - case study - IFP Construction

Project overview

The Conversion of an existing warehouse into a low risk/high care facility for the process and packing of fruit, vegetables and sub-tropical produce of home-grown seasonal vegetables and herbs.

Challenge

There were many challenges with this fast paced conversion, in particular the need to install low risk & high care drainage into existing slabs, in the most cost effective way possible.

“We employed IFP Construction to design and build a new food facility for us and I would like to thank the entire team for their superb achievement. IFPC took on the ownership and managed every aspect of our design and build project on time and under the original budget forecast, consulting and working with us at every stage of the development. The project co-ordination provided from inception through to completion including the management of deadlines, contractors, legalities, day-to-day problems and cost control was of the highest standard. We are extremely pleased with the results that the team delivered, and I would not hesitate to recommend IFP Construction for any project that they are willing to take on.“
